More Info:

The first solo album of Alejandro Martinez, singer of Mezcla Latina, is about to be released, it is published by Alosibla Music Group and born from the undiscussed musical creativity of the master Alejandro Martinez. The album titled Hoy Tengo Que Cantar represents the unmistakable sign of his eager for artistic desire and the fruit of his committed experiments with emotions. It has an intrinsic meaning to the change of the artist towards a fervent evolution of experiences, which tell his own life and sensations. The 12 tracks, entirely composed by Alejandro Martinez, travel to the motley feelings of melancholy, happiness and hope through a great consonance, sometimes bold, of the melodies and texts always steeped in a musical energy really good conceived. Alejandro Martinez is accompanied by his inseparable fellows together with a group of appreciated musicians, very important guests, performers of beautiful atmospheres and suggestive solos. Amongst the new tracks, there are some remakes of happy songs already published in Salsa. It Compilation, some of them were his lasting claim to fame. Themes to highlight: "Hoy Tengo Que Cantar", the opening title track is particularly interesting for it's present meaning; "No Me Quiero Despertar", a catchy salsa song, softer than the former one as concerns rhythms; the mythical "Salsa y Guaguancò" which inspires the performances of the most passionate dancers. The track "Buenos Aires", sometimes melancholic, is a tribute to the Motherland; "Tango De Abril" with it's beautiful atmosphere and seducting guitar playing; the unbridled "Bailen Todos" which is an unforgettable ode to a rhythmic involvement.
