More Info:

Eddie Martin was born and raised in the Northwestern corner of Alabama, only one county away from the cotton fields, Tennessee River, and the deep soulful grooves of Muscle Shoals music. He has released four self-produced, independent projects of original songs and has earned gold and platinum sales awards for his songwriting work. Eddie was honored to have his song, "Listen for the Wings" adopted by the Alabama state legislature as the official gift of hope to the citizens of Colorado following the Columbine school tragedy. He has participated in numerous songwriter showcases in NYC sponsored by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and National Academy of Popular Music/Songwriters Hall of Fame. His song, "I'm Gone", was chosen for inclusion on the "Best of the Songwriters Hall of Fame Showcase" compilation CD. In the past, he has been a staff songwriter for Sound Cell, Inc. In Huntsville, Alabama and FAME Enterprises in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Eddie now maintains his own independent music publishing and production companies in Muscle Shoals where he continues his creative pursuits as a songwriter, producer and singer. Among other projects with his production partner Daniel Beard, Eddie currently co-produces popular independent pop/rock artist Malcolm Singleton.
